What is the Impact of Log4J vulnerability?


The Log4j vulnerability, also known as CVE-2021-44228, is a security flaw in the Apache Log4j library, a widely used logging utility in Java applications. Exploiting this vulnerability could allow attackers to execute arbitrary code remotely, posing a serious security risk. It was identified in December 2021, and organizations are advised to update affected versions of Log4j to mitigate the risk.
